WJLS oversees the operation of Donguri Preschool, Kashinoki Language School, and cultural events. We are a parent volunteer-led, working board. Our members have varied experience including education, childcare, bookkeeping, and much more! We have meetings once every two months. We are always looking for more board members with different kinds of experience, and can always use a helping hand! WJLS is hiring!
We are seeking a dedicated BC licensed ECE teacher to join our team at Donguri Preschool, a Japanese Immersion Preschool in Kitsilano, Vancouver. The ECE teacher will plan, organize, and implement programs for children between the ages 2.5yrs to 5yrs in a Japanese immersion preschool setting. The ECE teacher will lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth, and ensure their security and well-being.
